If you stick with whole foods that are located in the outer most aisle of your supermarket for the rest of the week, you will still lose weight. When choosing these types of items, keep condiments and dressings to a minimum, as these can quickly add more calories than you should be eating in one sitting.
Fast food nutrition can be a part of a healthy eating program, as long as you do your studying beforehand and you make smart decisions while keeping your visits to a maximum of two times a week. If you keep up with this type of eating, and you get some exercise, you’ll soon find yourself in the best shape of your life.
